Registration Problems?

• With over 4000 Club EQUITANA members now, lots of common names are taken. If you receive a message saying try another name, it means the username you are trying is already registered.
• Please check you are correctly entering your email address when registering or you will not receive Club EQUITANA Newsletters.
• Contact the Website Manager for assistance if you have trouble logging in.

Not getting Club Equitana Newsletters?

• If you're email address has changed, you've changed jobs, your free email account has expired, your spam filters are strict or for some other reason, your email address fails to receive the Club Equitana Newsletter properly and we get a failure notice, then we'll stop further email being sent to that address until you have changed your email address or changed your profile.
• To change your email address, log into Club EQUITANA and then click on My Profile to change your settings and email preferences.

Using a Free Email Account?

• Some free email account services expire if you are not using them regularly. Hotmail for example is 90 days.
• Due to the volume of problems with Hotmail and Yahoo Mail accounts, if we receive a bounceback for your email address, we will remove your Club EQUITANA account and you will need to re-register.
  
• Hotmail Users you need to check your spam filter settings, as you may need to add equitana.com.au to your allowed list.
• Yahoo Users similarly make sure you check your Bulk Email Folder settings to let Equitana through.
