Stuart grew up in Warwick, a country town in southern Queensland. Stuart has been around horses most of his life; his family have owned and trained race horses for as long as he can remember and his partner is a well accomplished dressage rider and Warmblood breeder.

Since re-locating to Geelong Veterinary Hospital, Stuart has developed a successful equine dentistry business ancillary to the Veterinary Hospital, treating and maintaining all types of performance horses.  Motorized dentistry is relatively uncommon in Victoria but has a wide acceptance throughout the rest of Australia.

In 1989, he was awarded a French Scientific Fellowship to work in reproductive physiology at Institute Nationale Researche de Agronomique at Nouzilly, France.

From 1990 to 1997 Dr Fry worked as a senior research scientist in the Physiology section of the Victorian Department of Agriculture at Werribee, Victoria, where he established a successful embryology group. He published over 30 scientific papers and over 40 abstract proceedings which were presented at national and international conferences.

In 1997, Dr Fry founded the Animal Reproduction Company (SpeedBreed), a leading company that utilizes novel and “cutting edge” reproductive technologies and is currently a director of that company. He is also an Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne and has supervised many post-graduate students. Dr. Fry is a founder and chief executive officer of Clone International which has interests in cloning cattle, horses and sheep in Australia and New Zealand and also a founder of Equine Cell Therapy which has developed a tendon cell therapy for the treatment of bowed tendons in horses.

Drawing upon her vast experience as a rider, trainer, competitor, nationally accredited instructor and judge she discovered that many horses suffer from previously unidentified, patterns of common low grade injuries that cause postural, training and behavioural issues and lead to lameness.

His career has taken him through New Zealand, USA, Russia and Australia.

He was veterinarian to Monty Roberts (the man who listens to horses), and has appeared on TV alongside Dr. Harry on Better Homes and Gardens.  He has been consulted by the Equine Veterinary Association and has provided articles on equine dentistry to the EVA.  Dr. Lee's articles have been published in both horse industry magazines and scientific publications.  Dr. Lee provides dental care to some of Australia's best known horses including Might and Power and Saintly. 

Dr Lee was recently invited to present at the World Equine Veterinary Association conference.  Shannon was fortunate enough to receive training from both Dr. Oliver Liyou BVSc(Hons) MACVSc Eq Dent and Associate Professor Gary Wilson BVSc MACVSc Eq Dent, Shannon has completed a number of postgraduate equine dental courses and continues to update.  Shannon is currently the only dedicated equine vet in Victoria.

Earlier in his career Andrew won Australia's premier Horse Trials, the Gawler Three Day Event, and represented Australia in Horse Trials in 1989.  In dressage he has competed to FEI level and trained horses to Grand Prix level; he has ridden to Grand Prix and Championship level in Show-jumping and has also held a race trainer's license among many other achievements.

Andrew has been an equestrian coach for over 25 years and due to his broad knowledge of equine psychology, has coached some of the world's greatest riders, coaches and trainers and reformed internationally competative horses up to Olympic Games and World Championship level, as well as some top Australian racehorses.

Throughout his career Andrew has published numerous peer-reviewed articles, and has made original contributions to our current understanding of the animal mind that have been published in peer-reviewed journals, academic texts and as encylopedia entries.  He has been instrumental in forming the International Society for Equitation Science, of which he is Honorary President.  His book, The Truth About Horses, is Australia's top equestrian international best-seller and is available in Dutch, Spanish and Danish.  His most recent book, Academic Horse Training, has reached world-wide and is used in many universities as a reference in Equine Science degrees.

Along with his wife, Manuela, Andrew has developed the Australian Equine Behaviour Centre (AEBC).

She is the owner of Inspiritus Equine Inc.  in Napa, California, and the founder of Intregrated Soundness Solutions (sm).  She found her way to her passion when her horse needed help healing from a back injury.

After attending Marcus Oldham College in 2003, Michelle made the move to New South Wales to base herself with well known eventing rider Shane Rose.

Shane Rose and Niki Chapman own a racehorse breaking and pretraining business as well as owning and competing a string of performance horses.  Since moving Michelle has become the head groom of Brimbadeen Park and has traveled with Shane and his horses all over the country and to the World Equestrian Games, Burghley, and Hong Kong for both the Olympics and the test event.

Recently, Michelle was named the inaugural winner of the FEI Groom of the Year.  Michelle is also a sucessful rider in her own right, training her own horse to 2 star level and riding young horses for Shane and Niki.

She is the founder of the Equine CranioSacral Workshops - an international education program which offers the most extensive program of study.  Her pioneering efforts have opened doors and changed lives of horses around the world.

Ms. Rogers travels internationally for teaching, lectures and private consultations.  She works with horses of all disciplines and her clients include competitive horses, Grand Prix showjumpers, to Olympic athletes through to novice.  Travelling year round - she brings her cutting edge principles to working with vets, equine physio's, farriers, equine dentists, horse trainers and owners world wide.  She is internationally sought out for her expertise in equine craniosacral work, rehab therapy skills and especially in treatment of conditions of headshaking, TMJ issues and biomechanics of the horse.

Living at Triandibo Stud and Training Centre in Hoddles Creek, Victoria, it is hard to appreciate the work that has done promoting the Quarter horse industry in Australia, sitting on the Board of Directors for the Australian Quarter Horse Association, a Quarter Horse breeder and basic lover of the breed. 

Trish trains both Amateurs and Youth combinations, some of whom took part in the Youth World Cup (where she was the Team Coach in 2008) and receiving AQHA Hi Point and National Titles.  When she is not training here in Australia or in the United States or attending various clinics and youth events, she has a very busy show schedule, sometimes having up to 20 horses at any one time.

Whilst she enjoys the trail, pleasure and hunter classes for Trish it’s the western riding class which she is most passionate about, as it is a complex class that takes skill, athleticism and a pretty legged, talented horse. Trish says “My life passion has always been and will always be the Quarter horse.  I couldn’t imagine my life without them.  Well I could, but I wouldn’t want to.”

Twenty five years of observing lame horses and their injuries have directed his research into the problems that are of greatest importance to veterinarians, owners and trainers.

He is currently heading Equine Orthopaedic Research at the University of Melbourne Equine Centre which involves collaboration with leading research centres in biomechanics, subchondral bone and cartilage microstructure and epidemiology in Australia, the United States and the UK
