- Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are over 18 years of age, via the website (www.equitana.com.au) and upon answering the required questions.
- Limited to one entry per person.
- Promotion commences 15/02/2010 and concludes at 12.00pm (midday) AEST on 21/11/2010.
- The draw will take place on the 21/11/2010 during EQUITANA (held at the Melbourne Showgrounds, Epsom Road Ascott Vale Victoria 3032) at 1pm at the John Deere exhibition stand located inside the John Deere Pavilion.
- An electronic draw from all correct entries will determine the winner (electronic draw procedure Approval Number Ref 381). If the winner is not present at the event, they will be also notified by phone, email and in writing . The winner’s name will be published on the website www.equitana.com.au on Monday 22/11/2010 and published in The Australian Newspaper on 23/11/10.
- Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Prize is a John Deere a LA135 lawn tractor (2 Pedal Hydrostatic 22HP V-twin), valued at $4,536.00 Inc GST
- Prize to be picked up by the winner at the nearest John Deere dealership at the winners expense.
- The promoters and John Deere employees and their immediate families, as well as any other associated staff & dealers involved in this promotion are ineligible to enter.
- The promoters or John Deere accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize offered.
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
- The promoters accept no responsibility for any misdirected or lost entries or entries not received by the closing date.
- In the event of the prize not being claimed after three months of the draw, the winner’s entry will be deemed not to fulfill the entry requirements and the promoter may, subject to relevant state regulations and permits conduct a further draw as necessary to distribute the prize. Date of unclaimed prize draw will be on Monday 21/3/2011 at 12pm at the John Deere Head Office 166-170 Magnesium Drive Crestmead, QLD 4132, in the presence of an independent witness. The winner will be notified in writing and their name will be published on the website www.equitana.com.au as well as The Australian Newspaper on 23/03/11.
- All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning entries for the purpose of future promotions.
