Exhibitor Accommodation Options

To assist Exhibitors with their travel arrangements, the Event Travel Office in association with EQUITANA Melbourne, are pleased to offer the following select range of accommodation options, all accessible by public transportation to the Melbourne Showgrounds.

Accommodation rates are detailed per room/apartment per night in Australian Dollar currency and include Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) calculated at the current rate of 10% (subject to change). A minimum stay of two nights applies.

Getting to the Showgrounds:
The Showgrounds are approximately 7km from Melbourne's CBD and easily accessible via car, taxi or

Melbourne’s Public Transport System:
By train, it is approximately 10 minutes from Southern Cross Station (formerly Spencer St Station).

Accommodation:
Rates cover existing bedding only, use of extra beds will incur additional costs. Check in time at most properties is 2.00pm, if you plan to arrive prior to this time, you can ensure immediate availability by paying the extra day’s tariff, booking rooms for the night before your arrival. Check out time at most properties is 11.00am.

Payments & Cancellation:
To secure your accommodation the Event Travel Office requires a non refundable deposit of AU$110.00 per room within seven days of receiving confirmation from our office. Payment in full will be required on/before Friday 10 September 2010. For bookings made from 10 September onwards, full payment is required within seven days of receiving confirmation from our office. Following full payment, a one hundred percent (100%) cancellation fee will apply.
