EQUESTRIAN VICTORIA SHOW HORSE COMPETITION
This unique event will see Australia’s leading Show Horses, Show Hunters, and Show Riders battle it out in front of the public in an entertaining and exiting display of showmanship at the Melbourne Showgrounds.
With a stringent qualification criteria, each nominations best performances at Capital City Royal Shows, Horse of the Year Competitions, State Title and Australian Championship Competitions will be carefully analysed with only the best horses with the best championship performances being permitted access to the competition.
Horses will be judged on appearance, presentation, quality, movement and temperament by Equestrian Australia affiliated judges in the bid to win the fabulous championships. Classes are broken up into small pony, large pony, galloway, hack, show hunter under 14 Hands and over 14 Hands, as well as junior, intermediate and senior rider competitions, with the winner of each category qualifying for the supreme championship.
