- Ticket Prices include GST.
- Tickets are strictly non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost.
- Concession applies to Aged Pensioners on a pension card and Disability Pensioners on the accredited Centrelink card. International concession cards are not accepted.
- You will be required to quote your concession card ID when purchasing your tickets.
- Child prices apply to children 5-14 years and children under 5 are free (for General Admission only).
- All children attending clinics and evening programs must occupy a seat.
- A fee for booking, postage and handling will apply; $12.95 AU orders and $22.95 INT orders.

THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN MAKING A BOOKING
- Visa and Mastercard accepted only.
- If you want to sit together with your friends/family you have to purchase the same type of ticket (eg: Super Tickets/All Day Tickets) together in one transaction. Bookings cannot be matched up with different ticket types and different transactions.
- Super Ticket & All Day tickets secure reserved seating for evening programs only.
- Specialist Clinics are not reserved seating.

If you reside outside of Australia, you must select 'International Registered Post' as the delivery option.

When entering your address make sure that you update the Country listing to New Zealand and complete the remaining fields including your postcode. If your delivery address is different to your billing address you can enter the new address as part of the checkout process.
