Emily Purvis is one of Australia’s leading equine law practitioners. After graduating with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, she went on to work for international law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills.
In 2021, Emily combined her passion for practising law and riding horses to establish PURE Equine Law. PURE Equine Law specialises in providing comprehensive legal solutions for the equine industry across Australia. With her top tier legal training and 25+ years of experience with horses, Emily provides clients with a unique blend of legal experience and equine knowledge. The practice supports individuals and businesses with disputes, contracts, debt recovery, compliance, employment law issues and more.
Emily is heavily involved with the “NewLaw” community and brings fresh, innovative and pragmatic thinking to her practice of law.
