Robyn Schiller
Lifestyle
Robyn Schiller grew up being a horse-crazy kid in California, riding before she could even walk and competing since she was 5 years old. An accomplished rider (a World Championship & Rookie of the Year titles amongst them) Robyn represented Australia in the Reining at the 2018 World Equestrian Games.
After a 20-year career in corporate Human Resources, Robyn left to join Warwick run the growing Warwick Schiller Attuned Horsemanship business. Now, along with her son Tyler and Warwick, the family business consists of an extensive online video library, a successful podcast and Live Podcast summit events as well as retreats at the new Journey On Ranch in Paso Robles, California.
Robyn uses her Certification as a Neurofit Trainer to educate people about their nervous systems and shares exercises to regulate themselves. This is in perfect harmony with how her husband teaches horse owners to do the same for their horses.

Simple, practical steps to overcome your riding fear & anxiety.
There is a reason you can’t Outthink your fear or anxiety, that is because 80% of the nervous system is afferent – running from the body towards the brain. This means that only 20% of our nerves run down from the brain to the body. Physical bodily input talks to this 80%, and mindset to the other 20%.
Simple, short, body-centered exercises can help give you a greater sense of peace and groundedness in your own body before you go out and ride your horse. Over time, you will find that your fear and anxiety have dissipated and you will reclaim the joy and happiness that you once had in the saddle.
