Guy Mclean
Guy McLean is an acclaimed horseman, equine entertainer and bush poet . . . but most importantly, an Australian who loves to share what he does with the rest of the world.
After achieving top honors in his field at home, Guy decided it was time to take on the international stage. In June of 2010, Guy arrived in the US with four of his Australian bred horses to commence his first American tour. From there the rest was history…

In celebration of our ‘Spirit of the Australian Equestrian’, the Mane Event will make it’s return to the ‘mane’ stage of the Grand Pavilion. This action-packed night for the whole family will be a highlight of the four days of EQUITANA Melbourne in 2022.
Guy McLean, proud Aussie horseman with his magnetic personality, authentic bush poetry, quick wit and cracking stock whips will feature in our exciting and entertaining showcase and display his almost supernatural connection with the horse that will mesmerize and captivate the audience.
The Mane Event is not to be missed. A fast-paced, exciting and heart-warming performance that will capture the hearts of every rider, no matter what their discipline. The audience will learn and be taken on the amazing journey of how our much-loved horses came to be part of our Australian lives today.
