Overcoming Riding Fear

Most riders feel fear at some point in their riding. It may be nerves, anxiety, scared to canter or be in large groups, or it may be fear to even get on because of a previous fall. No matter why the fear is there, you need to learn how to master your fear, so you control it and not let it control you. So many riders are missing out on the fun, joy and love of riding because they are letting their fears get in the way. This session will teach you a powerful Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Technique to help you move past your fears and enjoy your riding again.

Sunday 18 November 9.45am - 10.30am Stable Comfort Arena, John Deere Pavilion
