Tanja Mitton is an NCAS Level 1 General Riding Coach and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Coach. She has worked as the Mindset Coach for the Australian High Performance Dressage and Para Squad prior to the Rio Olympic Games and she coaches individual riders of all levels and in all disciplines.
Tanja is a Rider Position and Mindset Specialist Coach and travels to teach clinics all around Australia and Europe. In 2012 Tanja was invited to the Australian Institute of Sport to present to the NCAS Level 3 Coach Candidates a workshop on how to improve the Mindset of Australian Coaches. In 2014 she was the guest speaker at the prestigious Garryowen Luncheon at Melbourne Royal Show. She is the author of the books ‘Seven Steps to the Mindset of an Equestrian Champion’ and ‘It Takes Two To Tango’ and she writes regular articles published in ‘Horse Deals’ magazine’ and ‘Horses & People Magazine’. Tanja is conducting clinics all around Australia and her seminars have been approved by Equestrian Australia for EA coach accreditation points.
Tanja owns and manages the Equestrian Success Mindset Training Centre at West Woombye on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast and is the creator and author of the ‘Stable Talk Membership’ online program. ‘Stable Talk’ provides practical horse advice to riders of all ages and levels of experience including information for parents and coaches.
