What a night! What a show! The Australiana Mane Event lived up to all expectations and was a real showcase of all that is so celebrated and adored about our equine friends. Master horseman Guy McLean may have been at the centre of this funny and very entertaining show, but the sell-out crowd were also entranced by the likes of Dan Steers, whip cracker Julia Reti, singers, horses, riders and more. From Brumbies to stock horses, thoroughbreds to Arabs and everything in between – it was an evening to savour and a chance to really celebrate the journey of the horse in Australia.

EQUITANA director, Rod Lockwood summed it up when he said the night had been a long time coming, but finally, everyone was under the big top of the Grand Pavilion, united in their love of the Australian horse. It was truly a cracker of an evening.
